UK Shipping

  Small orders are posted with Royal Mail and large orders via courier. Items are sent 1st class as standard. Postage is worked out according to the weight and size of your order. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery within the UK.

Duration of Shipping

Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver within 1-2 days. During busier periods please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

Handling Time

Orders placed before 1pm on Fridays are processed at the weekend and posted on the Monday. Any orders placed after that may not be processed until the following weekend. If something ordered after 1pm Friday is needed urgently, please email info@mollydollycrafts.co.uk as it may be possible to add it to that weekend's processing.

An email will be sent confirming that your order has been received, and then a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been processed.

  Processing time may vary during busier periods, such as Christmas, in which case there will be an announcement at the top of the webpage.
